A new office culture
If all buildings in Flamatt were as carefully planned and built as the office building of X-Media AG right beside the motorway, the town would have a recognisable face. The simple elegance of the building is striking. The new IT office culture is already revealed in the open entrance and reception areas which lead to the staircase and to bright meeting rooms - and to an inviting, comfortable lounge and a stylish restaurant area. The flexible outline permits single and group offices, and the fittings can be easily changed and adapted. The technical installations are concentrated in the attic which also offers a recreation terrace. Geothermal probes provide heating and cooling.
