The project is located in the municipality of Crans Montana in the village of Aminona. This project is part of a Masterplan which foresees the creation of a new village centre with hotels, shops, restaurants bars and activities. The complete project covers 5 areas. Whole project consists of 4 phases.
The first phase involves the creation of 4 hotel buildings composed of several volumes and 12 chalets. For these constructions, there is abuilding permit in force dating from 2009. As this project no longer meets today's requirements, it is currently being revised and submitted to the commune for approval of changes.
A group of towers to be renovated in a second phase is located in zone 1, which will include the upper village where 178 residences will blend into the environment as well as 185 parking spaces.
Zone 2 concerns the central village of 3 hotels where the diversified offer will create a wide range of activities within the resort.
Zone 3 is a mix of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom chalets that will be serviced and operated by the SPA hotel. The 12 authorised chalets are also included in phase 1.
Zone 4 will become the Central Village and the "Aminona Piazza". It has a strategic value due to its proximity to other areas of the project and its proximity to the ski lifts which will provide direct access to the mountain/ski slope for. A hotel and 19 franchised residences will complete the offer of this destination. The mixed development of 24,000 m² will include 250 parking spaces.
Some staff facilities, the training centre and storage and additional parking spaces for hotel staff will be located in zone 5 (located off map).
