EHL wins the Prix de l'Immobilier Romand 2023 in the "ouvrages publics" category
At a ceremony held on Tuesday September 26, the jury for the Prix de l'Immobilier Romand awarded 1st prize in the "bâtiments publics" category to the new EHL Hospitality Business School campus.
The new EHL campus, designed by IB, is located at Chalet-à-Gobet, in the heights of Lausanne, and includes three new student accommodation buildings and sports and leisure facilities.
The Prix de l'immobilier romand is a competition of excellence for outstanding real estate projects in French-speaking Switzerland. Created by Bilan magazine in 2011, since 2016 the prize has been co-organized with the French-speaking section of the Swiss Real Estate Association (SVIT) and the business magazine.
