Taikang Chongqing Senior Living Communitiy is under construction

After two years of design development, we have completed a part of the Taikang Senior Community project in Chongqing, China. 

The total construction area of this project is 193,800 m2 and is planned to be completed in 4 phases. A part of clubhouse has already been completed. The concept of the clubhouse is based on the Sichuan traditional residential style, which is recreated to continue the staggered courtyard space and architectural elements of the design.

We are delighted to be the designer of the Chongqing project for Taikang Group, the largest real estate developer and operator of senior living in China.
