IB delivers Marie Colinet House on schedule
After three years of close collaboration with a large multidisciplinary team, the Marie Colinet House was handed over to Insel Gruppe at the end of June, on schedule.
Within the existing building volume, the project transforms the structure into a contemporary clinical facility that brings together the women’s clinic, neonatology, and ophthalmology under one roof. The transformation streamlines workflows, provides high-quality medical infrastructure, and creates an environment carefully designed around the needs of patients and staff.
Since 2023, B has led the design development and delivery of the project. The focus was on advancing the existing design with precision, coordinating a wide range of specialist disciplines, and ensuring focused execution within an active project environment. The on-time handover is the result of close and constructive collaboration among all parties involved.
