1st prize Widenbach Wittenbach

IB is planning a residential development overlooking the river Wisenbach on a picturesque plot in Wittenbach. It consists of 62 apartments distributed in 4 multi-family houses for the Aurora Investment Foundation of the Pension Fund of the City of St. Gallen.

With the participation of Forol Immobilien AG and Hofstadt AG, Rietmann Raum- & Projektentwicklung announced a study contract with 5 participants, won by IB’s project «Quadriga».
