We Are Leading the Construction of InnHub La Punt (GR) by Foster + Partners
Construction of the InnHub La Punt, La Punt Chamues-ch, innovation campus is set to begin this spring.
Designed as a dynamic hub for businesses, start-ups, athletes, cultural professionals, and the local community, the two-story building will be constructed primarily from locally sourced timber.
We are overseeing the overall project and construction management, including on-site supervision.
Spanning 7,700 square meters, the InnHub will feature conference and co-working spaces, a hotel with 44 rooms and 8 serviced apartments, a sports area, a restaurant, a sports shop, and the La Punt tourism office.
With its comprehensive amenities and sustainable design, the project is set to become a model for future developments, benefiting both the local community and the wider region. The vision behind InnHub is to create a center for innovation that reaches far beyond the Engadin. The innovation campus is scheduled to open in late 2028.
