In 2026, Itten+Brechbühl (IB) is putting the work of its construction managers in the spotlight. With a video campaign, we are highlighting what makes this profession so special—taking responsibility, making decisions, and bringing construction projects to fruition.
The video series is aimed directly at construction managers who would like to take on this role in IB's projects. It shows a role that combines planning and execution, brings teams together, and ensures that quality, deadlines, and costs go hand in hand. In doing so, we are strengthening our position as an attractive employer and trying to attract new talent to IB.
