New building AHBasel – Stage goal top floor

We recently toasted to an important stage goal in the construction of the new AHBasel building. After a successful construction phase since the beginning of June 2024, we were able to build the shell construction to a high standard in just eight months and reached the attic. The last concrete is currently being poured on the top floor, while the building services are being installed on the floors below.

As general planner, IB is responsible for both the architecture and construction management. We would like to thank the client AHBasel Foundation and Focus Foundation with client representative Planconsult as well as all those involved in the project for the great cooperation and will soon be able to celebrate the topping-out ceremony together in March 2025. The building will be ready for use in June 2026.
