Around 370 employees from IB’s seven offices came together at the historic Kornhauskeller in the heart of Bern – the city where our company was founded more than a century ago.
This year’s theme: The 1980s – bold, colorful, and futuristic! Dressed in bright neon shades, shoulder pads, and carrot pants, our teams dove into the era of mixtapes and legendary hits by artists like Michael Jackson, Madonna, Prince, and David Bowie. With creative outfits and great mood, everyone enjoyed a night filled with music, retro charm, and lively conversations.
Every two years, this traditional Christmas dinner brings colleagues from Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, Lugano, St. Gallen, and Zurich together. More than just a celebration, this multilingual, cross-location event fosters exchange, strengthens connections, and creates shared experiences that last.
