1st Place for the "Flurhof Obermatt" Residential Project in Sirnach

In their capacity as the architect, IB, along with developers Fundamenta AG and LM Immobilien AG, has won first place in the investor competition for the "Flurhof Obermatt" residential project in Sirnach.

The project combines sustainable construction with a sense of community and will be built according to the Minergie-P standard.

The residential buildings, incorporating an industrial aesthetic, are clearly structured and harmoniously blend into the surroundings through their tiered design, offering ample space for privacy.

Balconies, terraces, and outdoor areas are oriented to the southwest, while the apartment layouts ensure that bedrooms are shielded from external noise.

Two courtyards – an open garden courtyard and a sheltered access courtyard – shape the outdoor areas. They provide spaces for social interaction and quiet retreat, with green elements such as deciduous trees and green roofs encouraging biodiversity.

The project focuses on sustainable materials and renewable resources to create an eco-friendly and energy-efficient living environment.
