1° Prize in the Intergenerational Neighborhood Competition in Morbio Inferiore
We are delighted to announce that our office has won first place in the two-stage architectural competition organized by the Parco San Rocco Foundation for the design of the new intergenerational neighborhood in Morbio Inferiore (TI) with our project “Casa di Luce.”
The proposal introduces an urban strategy that reconnects the historic core with the surrounding landscape and envisions an innovative residential model designed to enhance the well-being of its residents, streamline staff operations, and foster meaningful intergenerational interaction.
With its strong architectural identity, 'Casa di Luce' will establish new spatial and social connections, representing a significant milestone in improving community life and promoting inclusive, sustainable development within the local context.
