New construction of 3M Headquarters, Langenthal BE

The US company 3 M is a global manufacturer of adhesive products, best known for its brands «Post-it» and «Scotch». A new structure with roughly 5800 sqm office space was erected on the Geiser site in Langenthal, which Mobimo Holding had acquired in the spring of 2014. The new five-story building next to the Langenthal train station is used completely by the 300 employees of 3M EMEA. The investment costs came to CHF40mn. In October 2016, the subsidiary 3M EMEA GmbH moved into its new headquarters in Langenthal. The building was designed by Marazzi + Paul Architekten AG, Zurich.
