Flexible Office Building, Grenzach/Germany

The Flexible Office Building, FOB, is the new entrance building to the Roche site in Grenzach. The ground floor is accessible from three sides as an open zone with a coffee bar. On four floors above ground, the FOB will offer space for 250 new workplaces in accordance with Roche’s standards:  activity-based workplaces, desk sharing, open space. In the centre of these workplaces are the zones for development and wet rooms as well as rooms for get-togethers, retreats and meetings. The main feature of the building is the large two-storey forum area, which is used for large events and is also made available to neighbouring companies.
