The topping out celebration was held at Tüffenwies on August 13, 2015 after one and a half years of construction.

The developers, Sika Schweiz AG, invited all those involved in the construction to a barbecue on the 5th floor of the now completed shell of the building.

The new building will house laboratories, offices for the group's management and a staff restaurant with an attractive roof terrace facing the river Limmat.

The floors are designed such that work spaces for groups and single offices can be perfectly combined. Thermo-active components will be used for heating and cooling. A roof structure with solar panels (6th floor) will contain the engineering for the building.

The building is scheduled to be completed and handed over by the middle of 2016.
