The new site echoes the appearance of the structures in the vicinity and the selective development continues. The residential buildings in the gardens/park mesh with the green space flowing from the northwest into the site.
The surrounding balconies attractively extend the entire living space of the 2.5 to 4.5 room apartments to the exterior, creating a maximum connection with the outside: living in the countryside, in a manner of speaking. The widening loggias around which the living and dining areas are arranged are all facing east or west.
The green space with lawns and sporadic trees where the new buildings are located is criss-crossed by footpaths and bicycle trails representing the users’ natural passageways.
