People at the centre
In our everyday dealings with architecture and town planning, it is people – with their individual ideas, needs and aspirations – that are always the centre of our attention. We want to create added value for people. This attitude marks our culture and the way in which we work together.
We develop innovative solutions for complex construction projects. This is why we attach great importance to training our staff. In this way we can enrich our vast experience with the latest insights. We give employees space and in return we ask for commitment, to the project and to the company. We rely on teamwork but also on the personal contribution and the individual strengths of each and every person. Our dealings with each other are characterized by respect and fairness. This is how we create a creative and open working environment in order to shape the future from the present.

With our further training concept, we invest in your future and the success of future projects. Regular events promote the communication of new content, the exchange of ideas and with it the coherence of the team. We also support further training with external bodies.
Our open corporate culture is designed to put us in a position where teams, specifically assembled for a particular project, are able to call on a maximum of experience, expertise and creativity. For this we need genuine team players.
A joint investment
It is in our fundamental interest to invest in the vocational training of young talent.
Depending on the number of employees in each office, we continually train architectural draughtsmen to the Swiss Certificate of Proficiency. In Bern we are the largest instructional facility of this kind. At the same time we also offer practical posts for architectural students from polytechnics or the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and universities. There are also opportunities to join the company for those completing Bachelors' or Masters' degrees.
We are convinced that we can only secure our success and our competitive edge over the long term through the latest training knowledge married to the practical experience of our employees with many years of service behind them. Supporting your training is the best investment in our common future.
